How to shop
1. Orders
Send all emails to twosafetypins@hotmail.com ONLY. All our emails will also be sent from that email only. We will not contact you via any other email. If anyone tries to pose off as us please inform us. Thank you!

All orders must be in the following format (copy and paste).

2. Payment
A Meetups (see 4)
B Bank Transfer, for item codes starting with H only. (POSBank SAVINGS A/C 228-34648-9)
C Mailing of cash, we will not be responsible for loss of money.

You can pay when you collect the item for meetups. No cancellation of orders after confirmation.

3. Collection of orders
For all items, meetups and postage is available (see 4 and 5)

4. Meetups
You must have a handphone (we need to be able to contact you).
For item codes starting with R, meetup is free at Tanah Merah MRT or at our convenience.

For other places on:
Green line until city hall~$1
Green line beyond city hall~$1.50
Red line~$2
Purple line~$3
(may differ slightly)

We will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes and $0.50 will be charged for every 5 minutes. If you are late, please call and inform us, we may waive or lower the late surcharge.

This applies to both payment and collection (if applicable for either).

5. Postage
Items will be posted in letter envelope. A fixed fee of $0.50 will be charged per envelope for normal postage. Registered mail TBC.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage done to the items during postage delivery. Please beware of that especially when ordering fragile items such as earrings which may lose shape due to the stacking of letters by postman.

6. There will be no exchange or refund of goods. If you are unhappy with the product, please send your feedback to twosafetypins@hotmail.com. Thank you!
